sweet orange

had lunch with my god-sister today. and she gave me this a little surprise!!! wow wow...this is one of my favorite japaneses dessert!!

but when i opened the bag...


surprise... it was just an ordinary orange...

...but full of love and care... she knows i don't like healthy fruit, plus i'm lack of vitamin c... that's why she prepared this special "love orange" for me as my afternoon snack... thanks gj!!

i pray... i pray... please... i want a better health... no more pain... no more medicine... i need to get well soon and back to my normal life...

finally, i got some time to visit the bookstore today and got this book written by wyman wong (he is one of the most important cantopop lyricist and fishion icon in hong kong), very cutie mini-size book set of 3... but in terms of content... i like winifred lai - my fashion moments more then this one...

quarry bay

finally, i'm back to quarry bay!! today is the first working day at new office -- "one island east". the new office got a really "cool" elevator... how cool? see below...

this is close status... you can hardly see the door... it is more like a 1-piece glass...


after selecting your floor number... then one of the glass door will open with some blue/purple neon-lights... from there... you will see another white door...and your elevator ride will arrive soon...


maybe this is not some new technology... but this is my first time and it was a nice experience... plus i think this is very stylish!!

yip's family

yesterday was a warm family day!! i spent the full day at my 4-yee's shop with grandma, yeeyees and cousins. oh, my "ko-lo koutkout" (tall uncle) stopped by too!! spending the time with family is always so sweet... plus they are a funny group, always create new jokes...we had so much fun together last night...

my maymay-yee said... it was like a community center at 4-yee's place yesterday... why? cos...

dear friends...

i was in hospital again on june 6... this operation was not within my plan, everything came so sudden on june 6. my original plan was to fly back home for the long weekend, but the non-stop severe wound bleeding forced me to cancel my trip and spent my time in hospital... and bed resting for 2 weeks!!

this time i wasn't too scare about the operation process, but i can't stop crying before and after the operation... i guess i was very worry about my health... what is going on and what is happening to me??? plus... i missssssed my dad mom very much at that moment... i hunger for some big hugs & kisses from them... i remember the first sentence i said when i woke up after the operation was -- "i want dad & mom"...

thanks mom!! thanks for coming back and take care of me for the past weeks. i am a spoiled child... i love you mom...

thanks dad!!! thanks for sending mom back... i know you must felt very lonely for the past weeks... and sorry dad... sorry for not able to celebrate your birthday and father's day this year... i love you dad...

this time i'm very discipline... i.e...in bed most of the time and drink this "fa-kout" soup everyday. my dearest 4-yee (auntie 4) prepared it and deliver to my home daily. i call this "recovery soup with love" (in chinese "愛心十全大保湯"). according to 4-yee, this soup should help to mend my wounds. i was really bad girl last time after my 1st operation and refused to drink them... now... i have 2 bowl of them everyday... thanks 4-yee!!

shopping report

i'm bad i am bad! i know i need to stop shopping and stop buying. but i do need some sporty-wear, they are the missing item in my closet... and i don't know why i love sporty-wear lately...plus i addict to recycle bag....my theme for 2008 will be "sporty and healthy"!!

hmmm... which one should i wear to guam this weekend lay? heheh...
