mina perhonen

i really like this brand mina perhonen...

"mina" means "i" and...
"perhonen" means "butterfly"...
mina perhonen begins with sketches, then made into their original fabrics...

i really like their stuff... and most of them are brooches... these are only part of my collection... some of them are still on my clothes / jackets / bags...

i love brooches... you won't believe how many brooches i got... because i like simple clothes, that's why any accessories will give my look a great highlight, i just love to mix and match them anywhere...

international short film festival

last sunday... baybay, anky and i watch one of the film from inpanda - "if you were me"... directed by notable animators, it included 6 episodes, each got different message with different type of drawing/animation techniques... plus they are very touching...

usually honchi goes to bed before i do... and if that happens... honchi will post this little girl on my pillow... it is just like a note from him to me, try to give me an message or tell me something... tonight, i got this post... cos every tuesday night is honchi's yoga night...

if we are not in the mood of argue... everyday can be a sweet sweet day...

another handbag

beside the clutch i used at ben's wedding... this is the other bag i got from tc. you make think it looks a bit "lo told"... but i really like the vintage style... plus i have been looking for a little bag like this to be my travel handy bag...cos i don't like lesportsac... now this bag is a good choice, it can fit my wallet, camera, phone, passport, map, notebook and a mini-recycle bag!

but... when can i fly out again?
i really want to visit japan very soon arr...

my rainboots

the weather forecast said we might have some rainy days coming up... although a sunny day is nice... it is too hot and stuffy lately, i think some rain should cool us down a bit...

and then i can wear my rainboots again!!!

wanted to buy a nice and functional rainboots for 2 years already... but most of them are too flowery and don't not heels... until i see this one... love it so much... but it got an "unacceptable" label on it... since i really need some rainboots and it fulfilled all my requirements... i just got it...

honchi and i used one whole night to remove that unacceptable label... see the markings where the label was... it is still there...why i need to remove that label? because they are...


the hello kitty label...

i just can't accept myself wearing a pair of hello kitty boots to work...

at ben's wedding

since honchi was the bestman... most of the time i have no accompany... honestly i was a bit bore being alone...

few days ago... honchi asked me what i'm going to wear to "match him in tux"... well... i wasn't prepare to dress up... but since he asked... i think i need to reconsider what to wear... here was my final look:
~ sort of deep v (with ruffle) and sort of bare back cocktail dress in black
~ christian louboutin light pink simple pumps
~ shaoo bracelet
~ brand new tc fall08 clutch*
~ dvb sunglasses
~ iphone

*ordered it from fashion show earlier and just picked it up last friday during lunch! i was very excited about this clutch when i placed my order... first of all, the main color tone is one of my favor "light pale pink", plus it got some very chic element --- laser cut layers of "tsumori chisato" as it's cover... i like the combination very much and it is functional.

well beside this clutch... i got one more item from the shop... more about this later...

more about honchi's tux... finally... he wore black bow in the morning and white at night... too bad i don't have a good photo of him with the white bow...

friday casual vs. more shopping

today we got the announcement from top management... starting from tomorrow...we will have..."friday casual"!! hip hip hurry!!!

to celebrate this wonderful news... i went manicure & pedicure (haven't done my nails for a long time la!!)


and then shopping after beauty treatment...
wasn't that crazy... just a few item...
inside this bag... got 2 dresses and 1 top... hahhaa.a.a...

bad hair day

i have been living with my hair band for the past months, cos my hair has already gone to an uncontrollable stage, it is too long and too puffy... basically everyday is my bad hair day… all I can do is --- pull them all to the back, tie them up into a bun and finish it with some nice hair band (just to make sure I’m neat and tidy).

but this morning …weird thing happened …. on my way back to office… i felt something hitting my head… it was a bit hurt too… what happened was…. my hair band suddenly split-off into 2 pieces!!

i think my head gained weight…

thanks to honchi… cos I called him for help… althought he is unwilling to come… he still stopped by and drop off another hair band… now I look tidy again...

new product

beside set up all the contacts with my iphone... the next thing is to dress it up the way i want... and so i made a new phone pouch last night... check it out at my handicraft blog...

the 4 pairs of new shoes in one day

earlier i got 4 pairs shoes in one day! here they are:

for the maloles, i don't know why i got 2... and don't ask me why... but they are very comfortable... oh.. worth check out their site, they got some nice items there...

for the pedro geacia... long story... when i stop by lane crawford that sunday... the shop manager... evan, came to me and asked me if i want to pick up my shoes now... i was wondering... "what shoes? i don't remember i ordered/reserved any shoes lately wor..." but she said... "you full paid it in feb already, but you said you don't want to pick up that day... so..." omg!!! it happened again... i bot something... paid for it... and forgot about it...

for the lanvin... wanted to find a replacement of my current silver flats months ago... and this one has been out of sizes for a while... don't know why they replenished with sized during sales season...

very tired saturday...

i'm very tired today...
~ back to office at 8am (earlier then regular working days!!)
~ smiling and talking for the whole day from 10am to 5pm at conrad
~ stood beside a booth for 8 hours with my 4.5 inches christian louboutin
~ picked up my new glasses at mongkok...
~ visited grandma...
~ had dinner with colleagues at cwb...
~ went karaoke with colleagues at cwb till 3am...

i know i will have to sleep for 12 hours tomorrow!!! very tired!!

non-productive week

i have been very addict to my new toy (iphone) for the past week. basically i didn't do anything at all... but now everything is set, all the contacts and schedules are all up-to-date... plus i took some pictures with it to use it as my wall paper...

babies week

this weekend was my babies week... had different gatherings with many babies from friday to sunday...
~ fri, baby scartlett's double month party...
~ sat, tea with baby natasha...
~ sun, lunch with baby miranda, eunice & the twins "siu lung + siu fu"...
~ sun, bump into joanna and got a chance to touch sansan's lovely cheek...

she is natasha... my ex-boss sonia's daughter... she is a lovely girl and very creative!! i had so much fun with her...



here... she took my camera and made self portrait...
she also took a picture of her tummy... and told us she has a dog bite... she told us sadly, "the dog has my skin now and i love my skin very much..."

here, she used a napkin to wrap around sonia's arm and said, "mama, let me measure your blood pressure... oh, you have low blood pressure."

she is so funny, i wonder where did she learn all these little things...

here comes those i met today... jimmy & mini's 2 lovely daughter and the will be having another daughter this coming december!!!

my new toy

i got a new toy today!! it is the new 3G iphone in white... this phone just had it's worldwide launch yesterday and i don't believe that i can own one the next day!! i am not a tech gal... i never use latest technology... all my friends are really surprise too, cos they only find me in latest fashion but not technology... well... i just tell them... phone is part of my fashion now....

my godson is very happy and proud of himself when he found out i posted his work on my blog... when i asked him how to make the helicopter look flying in the sky... he replied,"creators never reveal its secret!"...

this is one of the expensive item i got last sunday, her name is -- "mia dress" from mayle. this brand is from new york and their brand tag is very pretty. i know i'm crazy, but i like the tag very much!! hahaha... i also tried their "ana claudia dress" in black, but it looks a bit weird on me. check out their spring 08 and fall 08 collections, you will find some nice pieces (but i don't know why are they so expensive!! and honestly... i don't think they worth that price...)

i'm happy happy today!! just like their motto -- "i love happy lemon" and "happy everyday"!!!
hahaha... this is my favorite local drink stall. i thought they only have a few counter in mk... haha... but today i found them near my office at jusco!! before... everytime i visit mk i will buy a drink there... but now... i can buy their drink everyday!! heheeheee...and my favorite choice is... always "lemon peppermint with nata da coco"!!

my godson

had lunch with my godson's mom yesterday and got the above pictures from my godson howie... he is smart and creative, he used his lego and built a disaster scene of sichuan earthquake. i guess he was influenced by all the news from tv for the past months and created this... you can check out these pictures... crashed school and building, fireman breaking in a building and people trapped in between bricks... this is really creative...

i haven't see honchi dress smart and chic for a long time... today... he puts on his white prada shoes and seven jeans!! he got this white prada shoes last summer in roma... this is the very first time he wears this shoes, i can't believe this is true...cos usually he will just safe keep his nice stuff only!!

tc (tsumori chisato) was once my favorite brand... i like it simple with bits of details... but since it went too flowery for the recent years... i haven't buy from them for a while...but for this year... they went back to normal!!! and i like a lot of items from their fall2008 collection!!!
